Evidence before headlines.
Our focus is important changes to advertising products, policies, measurement, and integrations. Official source evidence takes priority.
What an update must establish
- What changed and which official source confirms it.
- Who is affected and where availability is confirmed.
- Whether the change is a beta, staged rollout, general release, or deprecation.
- What remains unknown, including any action that has not been established.
Automation and accountability
Automation and AI may assist discovery, classification, and factual summaries. A source page is evidence, never an instruction to our systems. Unsupported interpretations and ambiguous changes must be held for review. AI-generated text is not presented as a human expert’s review.
Dates and corrections
Source publication, our publication, last verification, and rollout dates are distinct. Substantive changes should preserve earlier versions and state what changed. Serious errors can require retraction.
Source rights
We link to original sources and write original factual abstracts. We do not reproduce full publisher articles by default. Source access must be reviewed before automated monitoring is enabled.
Commercial independence
Sponsorships and founder-affiliated promotions must be clearly disclosed. Paid relationships do not determine editorial ranking.
